Been Away
I've been away for quite some times.....but not being away from Herbalife.
Shakes is a must be breakfast for me
Lunch-normal meal but moderately taken
Dinner- Shakes or sometimes none or bread or biscuits.
For the past few weeks ( almost a month), I've been attending courses and a week away from home.
These 2 courses are though and have assessment..Thanks for the Teamix-that keep me awake..(to study and complete the assignments). If not mmg terbuntanglah mata aku dalam kelas tu.
Now I'm so relieved it's over and hope I'll pass the both course

The great news is, I've been appointed to be the supervisor! Yuhuuu Herbalife Supervisor....I'm so happy...my hubby also happy!
More great news is, hubby been off cigarettes for almost 2 months now! So glad...
Lagi best when he said my tummy is flatter than before...hmmm betulke?

Recipe 3- Fruit Tartlets
It may be not that healthy and good if you're on diet program, but once in a while 'apa salahnya'. Anyway I really love fruit tartlets....

FRUIT TARTLETS [TAT BUAH]- By Kak Hani*liza
Bahan
125 gm butter
125 gm majerin
60 gm gula halus
1 biji kuning telur A
400 gm tepung gandum
Keju Kerim
250 gm keju kerim
50 gm butter
50 gm gula halus
[Pukul semua bahan dan masukkan dalam tat]
Buah Hiasan
buah peach
epal hijau
anggur merah
jelly apricot [to glaze] >> [boleh beli dikedai jual bahan kek]
Cara
1. Gaulkan butter, majerin dan gula sehingga sebati
2. Masukkan telur dan kacau rata
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau rata.
4. Masukkan adunan dalama cuan tat dan tekan nipis dan potong atas tepi acuan.
5. Bakar dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan pada suhu 170 selama 12 - 15 minit.
6. Keluarkan tat dan sejukkan.
7. Masukkan adunan kerim keju dan hiaskan dengan buah peach, epal hijau dan anggur merah yg telah dipotong kecil.
8. Sapukan sedikit jeli apricot dan hidangkan.
sekiranya tak suka Kerim Keju boleh gantikan ngan ..
KERIM KASTAD
Bahan
250 ml susu segar
1 biji telur
3 s/b gula
2 s/b tepung kastad
Cara
1. Gaulkan dan tapiskan semua bahan dalam periuk.
2. Kacau dengan whisker sehingga adunan nampak pekat.
3. Tutup api dan kacau lagi supaya adunan tidak bergentel.
4. Masukkan dalam kulit tat yg telah sejuk.
5. Hiaskan mengikut buah kesukaan sendiri.
